House of Resin is based in Belgium.

We currently offer shipping within Belgium. International shipping may be available upon request.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your resin creations during transport. As each piece is handmade, we take extra care to ensure your order is packaged safely before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking information when available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. House of Resin cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

2. Processing & Delivery Times​

 

All House of Resin creations are handmade, which means processing times may vary depending on the product and the complexity of the order.

For ready-made products, please allow time for careful preparation and packaging before dispatch.

For personalised creations, including flower preservation pieces, processing times may be longer due to the drying, casting, curing and finishing processes involved.

Estimated processing and delivery times will be communicated where applicable.

Please note that delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you are ordering a personalized piece for a special occasion, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss availability and estimated completion times.

3. Shipping Costs​

 

Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

The applicable shipping costs will be communicated before your order is finalised.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

For personalised creations, shipping arrangements will be discussed with you before dispatch.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in cases where the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, except where required by applicable law.

4. Local Collection​

 

Would you prefer to collect your order?

Local collection in Belgium is available by arrangement.

Collection must be agreed upon in advance so that we can prepare your order and arrange a suitable collection time.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange collection.

For personalized flower preservation orders, collection arrangements can also be discussed when placing your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges​

 

At House of Resin, each piece is made with care and attention to detail.

Because resin is a handmade material, small variations in colour, placement, transparency and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and make every creation unique.

Ready-made, non-personalised products

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Returned items must be handled with reasonable care. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Personalised and custom-made products

Products made specifically for you, including personalised resin creations and pieces incorporating your own flowers, are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal when they are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

For this reason, personalised orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to the agreed order.

6. Personalized Flower Preservation Orders

 

Your flowers often carry a special meaning, whether they come from a wedding, anniversary, memorial or another important moment.

At House of Resin, we handle every flower preservation project with care and respect.

Before placing your order, please make sure you are happy with the selected design, dimensions, colours and personalisation details.

Natural flowers vary in shape, size and colour. The drying process may also change their original appearance.

Although we take great care when preserving and incorporating flowers into resin, we cannot guarantee that the finished piece will look exactly like a photograph of the original bouquet.

Each creation is unique, and these natural variations are part of the process.

Once work on a personalised piece has started, cancellations may not be possible. Any applicable cancellation terms and costs will be communicated in advance and applied in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that this policy does not exclude your statutory rights if the finished product is faulty or does not conform to the agreed order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders​

 

We take great care when packaging and dispatching your order.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging, where applicable.

This will help us assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

If a product is damaged during delivery or does not conform to your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
