2. Products and Handmade Creations

All House of Resin products are handcrafted with care.

Because each creation is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, flower placement and finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

When working with real flowers, the final result depends on the condition, colour, size and type of flowers supplied. Flowers may change colour or appearance during drying and preservation.

Photographs on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. The final product may differ slightly from the photographs.

3. Orders and Custom-Made Products

Orders can be placed through our website or by another method agreed upon with House of Resin.

Custom-made products are created according to the customer's specifications, including the selected design, colours, dimensions and supplied flowers, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details before confirming their purchase.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.

4. Flower Preservation Services

Customers who wish to have their wedding flowers or memorial flowers preserved must arrange delivery or drop-off with House of Resin.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that flowers are delivered according to the instructions provided.

Fresh flowers are delicate and may deteriorate over time. House of Resin cannot guarantee that every flower will retain its original colour, shape or appearance after drying and preservation.

The final design depends on the flowers received and the selected product.

House of Resin will handle customers' flowers with care. However, the natural characteristics of flowers mean that an identical reproduction of the original bouquet cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should contact House of Resin before sending flowers to confirm the delivery arrangements and any applicable deadlines.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website in euros (€).

The applicable price, including any applicable taxes, will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalised.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered or agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Custom orders may require a deposit or advance payment if this has been clearly agreed upon with the customer before the order is confirmed.

Production or delivery arrangements may depend on receipt of the agreed payment.

6. Reservations and Wedding Dates

Customers may reserve a date for flower preservation through the booking facility on our website.

A reservation request does not automatically constitute a confirmed order or payment obligation unless this is clearly stated during the booking process.

The customer will receive further information about availability, delivery of flowers, pricing and the next steps.

A reservation is confirmed only when House of Resin has communicated its confirmation to the customer.

Any applicable deposit, cancellation conditions or payment deadlines will be communicated before the customer enters into a binding agreement.

7. Production and Delivery Times

Production times depend on the type of product, the complexity of the design and the drying and curing time required.

For flower preservation, the process may take several weeks or longer, depending on the flowers and the selected creation.

Estimated production and delivery times are indicative unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon.

House of Resin will inform customers of any significant delays where reasonably possible.

Delivery times may also depend on the chosen shipping provider.

8. Shipping and Collection

Products may be shipped or collected by arrangement, depending on the options available for the order.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated before the order is completed.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

House of Resin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

For fragile or personalised creations, collection may be recommended where appropriate.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers purchasing goods online generally have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery, subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Exception for personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies.

This may include certain personalised flower preservation creations and custom-made resin products.

This exception does not automatically apply to every product sold by House of Resin.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, customers will receive the legally required information about how to exercise that right, the applicable deadline and responsibility for return shipping costs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Belgian or European Union law.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should contact House of Resin as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged or differs from what was agreed.

Please include your order details and clear photographs of the issue where appropriate.

House of Resin will assess the situation and explain the available options in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This section does not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

11. Care Instructions

  • Do not place products in dishwashers or microwaves.

  • Avoid high temperatures and abrasive cleaning products.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.

House of Resin remains subject to applicable consumer protection legislation and other mandatory legal obligations.

Where a dispute arises, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
